Picfair Village Neighborhood Association

We are in the process of revising our bylaws. After meeting over several months, the Bylaws Committee are proposing these changes. There are two versions below. One is the redlined version documenting the changes. The other version is the completed revision with no redlining. Please email picfairvillageinfo@gmail.com with any questions.

Recently, both P.I.C.O. NC and Destination: Pico endorsed piloting the Livable Communities Initiative (LCI) vision on Pico Blvd. in our neighborhood. LCI, which is an official part of the city housing element, is a vision for neighborhood-scale, mixed-use development on our main streets that incorporates good design, neighborhood-serving retail, and sidewalk activation. Destination: Pico has begun collaborating with the Neighborhood Council to see how they can move the ball forward on this vision for Pico. Linked below is their presentation for all to review. Destination: Pico and LCI are asking PVNA to write a letter of support for their plans. The Board is reviewing and this will be taken up at a future meeting.
