The Mayor has designated Pico Blvd. between Fairfax and Cochran as one of L.A.’s fifteen Great Streets. Great Streets is a partnership with local communities to create vibrant main streets, and Pico is one of them! We are the Pico Great Street Collaborative, a group of local residents and business owners who are leading the effort to develop and implement a vision to make Pico a great street.
