Bylaws Update -message from the VP

The Bylaws Committee of the Picfair Village Community Association is pleased to announce that all bylaws revisions were passed at the Special Meeting held Dec 10th. Of the total 27 proposed amendments, all passed with 23 passing unanimously. Of those four that were not unanimous, there was only one vote against for each. There was discussion and debate on several items, and not just on those that were not unanimous.

Bylaw Amendments Approved

At the Special Meeting December 10th, the proposed amended Bylaws were voted on. Each Item was discussed prior to voting. All the amendments passed and the new Bylaws are now on the website under “About Us”. Going forward Picfair Village Community Association also has an updated Code of Conduct as well as a Best Practices guide to help keep the organization functioning at its best. The Code of Conduct and Best Practices were discussed and voted on as well and are now incorporated into the Bylaws. Both of these documents can be found under “Bylaws”.
