Report any graffiti on public property or your own private property using the on-line Anti-Graffiti Request System, or call the graffiti hotline at 3-1-1. The graffiti will be removed for FREE within 4 business days.

Boulevard Without Borders

Three artists who live near Pico have initiated the Boulevard Without Borders project to document the people and places along this culturally diverse corridor. The project brings teenagers together from Pico's ethnic and religious communities in a collaborative process of photographing their own and other neighborhoods along the boulevard.

Code Enforcement & Clean-Up

Mid-City Corridors Project 

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA/LA) Mid-City Corridors Project features "Pico Blvd. Streetscape and Public Improvements," between Fairfax & Crenshaw, including:
• Median design (see drawing to the left) • ADA curb cuts • Curb reconstruction • Tree guards • Street trees • Street furniture • Pedestrian lighting • Drainage.

Auto Body Task Force

The Picfair Village Community Association is working with Councilman Wesson's office to enforce rules regulating auto body shops.  If you see a wrecked car parked on a residential street, please email the location and license plate number, along with photos where possible, to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , Deputy for Code Enforcement, in Councilman Wesson's office.

Pico Revitalization Project

The Pico Revitalization Project is a volunteer effort of local citizens and their neighborhood organizations, including P.I.C.O Neighborhood Council, to improve the quality of life on the stretch of Pico Boulevard between La Brea and Beverwil.  The Project is responsible for facade improvements along Pico, including Roscoe's, the Comedy Union and Oki Dog.  Learn More.

The graffiti will be removed for FREE within 4 business days.  If you want to remove the graffiti yourself, the Office of Community Beautification provides free materials - call (213) 978-0228. Businesses can obtain paint from their local City Council office.

Plus, the City offers a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of graffiti vandals. Learn More.
