Report any graffiti on public or privately owned property using the on-line Anti-Graffiti Request System, or call the graffiti hotline at 3-1-1. The graffiti will be removed for FREE within 4 business days. If you want to remove the graffiti yourself, the Office of Community Beautification provides free materials - call (213) 978-0228. Businesses can obtain paint from their local City Council office.
Plus, the City offers a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of graffiti vandals. Learn More. | Resources for your home garden: LADWP's Trees for a Green L.A.: free trees! Free Mulch Composting Workshops For more tree resources, visit Million Trees LA.
