Remove Graffiti Fast!

image

The most effective way to combat graffiti is to remove it IMMEDIATELY, before the vandal's 'message' can be seen. Report any graffiti on public property or your own private property using the on-line Anti-Graffiti Request System, or call the graffiti hotline at 3-1-1. The graffiti will be removed for FREE within 4 business days.

Boulevard Without Borders

Three artists who live near Pico have initiated the Boulevard Without Borders project to document the people and places along this culturally diverse corridor. The project brings teenagers together from Pico's ethnic and religious communities in a collaborative process of photographing their own and other neighborhoods along the boulevard.

From the President PDF Print E-mail

Hello, My name is Darren Davis and I am your newly elected President of the PicFair Neighborhood Association.

My goal for the coming year is to make our Association a place where ALL residents of our area come together to meet, coordinate events and promote our incredible neighborhood.

To begin this process, the first priority is outreach - we all know that the more people that become active in the community the better our results will be for everyone. As your new president, I hope to form and support specific committees to look into and then correct many local issues from Marijuana collectives to emergency preparedness. With only four General meetings, we depend on the committees and we all hope that you will volunteer for one that suits your time and interest.

I expect the committees to work diligently to create new opportunities form Neighbor Hood Watch programs to better neighborhood improvements.

I am honored to be your president, but I also remind everyone in the community that your service is what will make the difference in your neighborhood. As President, my job is to move YOU to action and participate.

Together, there is nothing we can't do.

Most sincerely,

Darren Davis
President, PicFair Village Neighborhood Association
