We already knew this, but now the rest of Los Angeles is discovering our great little hood. Houses aren’t staying on the market long so that means people are eager to make this area their home. Good for them, good for us.
Back in May, LA voted and the ballot measure to sharply limit the number of medical marijuana dispensaries in the Los Angeles was approved. This will definitely change the landscape of Pico Blvd and hopefully bring in more mom and pop shops and eateries.
