Picfair Village does not have an official Neighborhood Watch. We are currently working on strengthening our community by enlisting volunteers to act as Block Captains.
A Block Captain can act as a point person if there are problems in your area. We are a stronger community if we watch out for our neighbors.

As Block Captain you would:
1. Gather emails from residents interested in receiving any Picfair Village information and let them know you are their Block Captain.
2. From time to time, you may be asked to drop off flyers for your block.
3. Have your name/email posted on our site as a contact for residents.
