Minutes from the meeting will be posted soon. All the amended bylaws were voted on by the Association and Proposed Amendment No.1 passed, Proposed Amendment no. 4 passed, Proposed Amendment No. 5 passed, and Proposed Amendment no. 9 didn’t pass.
